Thoughts on friend 8 week anavar cycle and pct

250mg Mon 250 mg Thur.

Wk 7-8 Hcg 2000 iu (1000iu X2)

Wk 9-12 proviron 50/25/25 ed

Wk 9-12 nolva 40/20/20/20 ed

Wk 9-12 clomid 100/50/50

Also, Is proviron and hcg really needed in a short anavar cycle?

Test E doesn't fully kick in until week 5, so 8 weeks isn't really long enough. Should be run for 12.

Needs an AI like Arimidex during cycle to keep E2 levels in check.

Going against the grain, I know, but I'd drop the test. 8 weeks of test E is just going to shut him down and he'll be stopping at the peak of it. I would up the anavar to 60-75mgs and run it 6-8 weeks followed by a pct consisting of 4 weeks of nolvadex . Anavar will cause major suppression for 8 weeks, but odd are it won't cause shutdown like the test will. The nolvadex should have him rebound effectively.

I would either run the test for 14ish weeks or not do the cycle. with var for atleast 8 weeks if you are going to use it, 8 weeks is a waste and with shutdown for pretty much nothing IMO.

About the AI, is proviron not enough for this cycle?
As Arimidex is inaccessible at this point of time..

Thanks for your concern. No I am 25, Certified Fitness Trainer , lifting 100% natural since 7ish years. Not planning a first cycle as of now.
That var cycle is for my 36 year old friend (and trainee).

Wk 2-10 : Var 50 mg

Wk 1-12: Test E 500 mg (250 mg X 2 per week)

What are your opinions on the Hcg and pct plan?

Hcg should be taken from the begging, not just the last week. 250iu twice a week
