2nd cycle want to get it right!!

Hi ran my first cycle 600mg test e a week (12 weeks) with Post Cycle Therapy : (Begins three weeks after last injection) 100/100/50/50 of Clomid 40/40/20/20 of nolvadex. Gained about 3.5kilos my diet was not as good as it should of been but happy with the results. (Diet has improved ALOT since then)


After a bit of research I have decided that I am going to do a test and dbol cycle

TEST E at 600mg a week for 12 weeks
DBOL at 40mg a day for first 4 weeks
ARIMADEX at 0.25 eod up to my last pin
HCG at 500iu from start to PCT

PCT 100/100/50/50 of Clomid 40/40/20/20 of nolvadex

Think that's alright from what I have been reading (PCT at that dose because I have 50mg clomid pills and 20mg nolvadex pills) anything thing I'm missing before I start??

I would avoid hCG between last injection and PCT.

PCT does not have to be that aggressive or front-loaded.

Thanks for the reply, so when should I stop hcg?
And what pct dose would you recomend?

Stop using it when you stop AAS. Just keep PCT steady. 50 clomid 20 nolva
