What to help with healing/back problems etc

Now I know deca is good for the joints and all just want to get some more info on it and other things to help. I've had shoulder rotation pain on and off for awhile. Recently had a knee injury that could possibly be a meniscus tear.. I get results from MRI soon. I also had a pars fracture in my lower vertebra about 5-6 years ago which has recently started flaring up again. I know I feel like I'm falling apart. With this upcoming winter bulk what all do you guys suggest? Tb500? I know deca is good on the joints so that could help or any other info you could give me. I'm on doctor prescribed so no need for pct etc.

Can I get any input? My main question now is healing my meniscus tear. After reading some articles most are now saying don't do the surgery as it doesn't do much really. Could I try one of these "healing" peptides I have read about to help repair my meniscus?

I know I'm a broken record at this point, but I highly advise against using AAS for pain relief without Dr supervision. Your best bet is to go see your primary care Dr and see what they say. If it's something serious, then let them refer you to a specialist. I'm in the process of starting 6 weeks of physical therapy, which I dread, but it's the most logical first step. I've been down the road you're contemplating, but you're not doing yourself any favors. You're masking the issue and its not going to fix the problem. Deca , or any other steroid , is going to heal you. It can help, but it's temporal. You need to see a Dr and get to the root cause so that you can't get the pain fixed.
