When i have test in ampules of 250mg and i need only 200mg at time how do i save safely the rest?

Inject the remainder in a sterile vial. You can order them easily off the internet.

I'd probably just pin it and extend the length of time between pins.

OR

Transfer all the amps into vials at the same time then just draw from the vial when required
