    24 Week Prep Cycle

    Starting stats:
currently natural with 3 prior cycles
    5'6"
    29 years old
    250lbs 40% body fat

    Weeks 1-5 500mg test e
    Weeks 6-11 1000mg test e
    Weeks 12-17 1500mg test e
    Weeks 18-24 2000mg test e

I plan to bring my body fat percentage down to around 14% dropping around 70lbs of fat over the course of the next 24 weeks. Calories will remain at 1500 for the duration of this cycle and then brought back to around 4500 for maintenance weeks 25+ give or take

cycling at a high bodyfat is not recommended.

ramping up doses is not recommended.

running two grams of test is definitely not recommended.

    I see alot of issues.
First- you should not cycle above 15% bf?
You are going to 1500 calories and then maintenance at 4500? I think that your maintenance calories is way too high.
My opinion... Figure out your TDEE and lower it by 500 calories. Use that as the basis. I recommend cardio maybe 2x per day.
I would say that 9 months will be a challenge, but i would not recommend in less time because you are likely to lose muscle also.

Lay of the gear, you need to drop some fat naturally first otherwise your just going to get a bunch of side effects. Also your cycle sucks, if this is your first cycle 500mg per week for 10-12 weeks will do you fine. Otherwise you should look at adding in a compound that has fat burning properties. Test will help, but not as much as i think you think it will.

1500 calories, your on the road to metabolic damage. You need to spend time researching diet and training to loose fat. For your goal, steroids are not necessary.

Dude at 5'6, 250 you are as big around as you are tall. No gear. Cardio, keep lifting. sub 2,000 cals per week. Cheat day on Sunday to re-amp up your metabolism or stretch it to every other Sunday if you are keeping your energy levels up.

Listen to the guys that has advised you not to run a cycle at this point. I've trained a lady that was 5'2" and 270lbs. She lost over 100lbs of fat in a year. You don't want to lose weight too fast because your skin isn't elastic enough to shrink that fast. You don't want a tongue for a belly. Work up a good diet and exercise plan and execute it. Take your time. You didn't get to be your size overnight so don't expect to get to your ideal size over night either. The thing about sticking to a strict diet/training program is that you'll learn to discipline yourself. When you get your body fat below 15%, run a Test only cycle and you'll love the results. That's your goal, 15% body fat or bust.
