I am wanting to get into lifting and there is so much info it is overwhelming. I am mid 30s have the basic weights I need. I have purchased a butt load of supplements and have legally obtained 20 bottles of test Cyp 200 ml. (I was given a prescription for it for low t and had another medical issue that stopped me from using it. However, I filled the prescription every time I could so I now have a stock pile.) So now I am ready to start working out. Could anyone guide on the best way to use this safely and effectively ? I would hate to waste it.......
