Test Cypionate - Day 26 - No effects

    What’s up everyone,

I’m probably tweaking and just need some reassurance to shut up and get back in the gym however hear me out. I’ve been injecting test C 300mg twice a week every 3.5 days and am currently on day 26. I’m 5’10 190lbs 15% body fat and am losing my motivation as I’m not feeling anything right now.

I wake up a little frustrated, kind of down on myself, beat myself in the gym as I lift, and question everything: “are my workouts really doing anything”. Like I said, I feel like my investment in these shots with no return is getting to my head

Do I need to stfu, keep training and wait longer to feel something?

Or should I just become a low life scum bag who never works out again; similar to how I feel right now

    Thanks ya’ll,
    - Deployment

Any recommendations of what to do until then? Probably should have Ran dbol or something to make me feel better.

It just feels odd to me that it starts kicking in on week 6-8 and then I jump off on week 12... how are 4-6 weeks of gains enough?

There isn't anything to do. It's a long ester, it takes a long time to make a difference. If it's real gear, you will know in the next 2 to 4 weeks. Be patient. It's the compounding that matters the last 4 to 6 weeks. Nothing odd about it.

By the way, if you haven't gained even a 1 lbs in weeks (regardless of AAS), you probably won't gain much if anything on AAS. Something is wrong with your diet.

I’ve gained 10 pounds, but my negative mindset attributes it towards food. For some reason I’m fighting myself to lift, just losing motivation for some reason

Anyways, can you further explain how I can gain all this intense muscle in just 5 weeks?

I'm not sure what you mean by intense muscle. If you're lucky, this cycle may yield between 5 and 7 lbs of muscle.

It sounds to me to be honest as though you've done little to no research before starting this cycle. No offense I hope, not my intent.

I’vec ompleted days of research. You just start questioning things when you’re actually on the cycle itself

Go get some blood work and see where your testosterone levels are. Numbers don't lie.

    Days of research????
Seriously... you should've down much more research.

    You are too young.
    Are you taking an AI?
    Are you taking hCG ?
What exactly do you expect to feel?
What exactly are you hoping to gain from this cycle?
And most importantly... what is your cycle?? As in, how much are you taking?

300mg/week sounds low to me. Combine that with a possible underdosed ugl and your basically at a trt dose. Its not worth the shutdown for such a low dose. Id step it up to 500mg/week. If you gained 10lbs in 4 weeks it sounds like its working though. If your emotional and getting upset easily its probably because your estrogen levels are through the roof.

Are you saying you are experiencing this negative attitude and direction as a result of the Test? In other words you normally don't talk this way and get down on yourself when you wake, before you started cycle? If your gear is good you should "feel" it by week 3-5 IMO.

I noticed strength gains in week 5 with cypionate , that means, up until that point, training was exactly like it was pre cycle in regards to strength, endurance, pump, feeling etc.

300 is TRT dose. You will result with approx same IGF levels as your natty level.

If you arent shooting 500 MINIMUM you are wasting money. Yeah all the Crossfit junkies will disagree but they aren't in the game to win the way we are.

Aso if you bought UGL or from a friend it could be underdosed or not even the product you think it is. Get your blood work checked.

He is on 300mg twice per week. Should feel some minor strength gains by now I reckon.

If you question whether or not your workouts are doing anything, then you mindsets says loud and clear, that you think its all steroids that do the work.

Knock off that crap. Put in work and man up. Lol

    Just trying to motivate you.

For most men TRT dosages are 100-125mg per week. 300mg in my opinion is a 'small' cycle,,much more than just TRT.

I think part of the problem is that people have unrealistic expectations. 10lbs of lean mass is a lot!

I agree...we build up this unrealistic expectation before we ever try them that when we finally do its pretty disappointing, especially those that though they would look like a certain way afterwards just because of them...

You're taking 600mg/wk (300mg x twice per week)? Do you notice oily skin? Any acne? That's one way to tell if the gear is good, beside the gains. I know a number of natural bodybuilders, doing everything right, that would kill to gain 10lbs of muscles in one year. You gained 10lbs in 26 days. If you extrapolate those numbers, you're on pace to gain over 140lbs a year! You won't, of course. You're doing fine, don't get crazy on yourself.
