    DIM to lower e2?

I picked up some 300mg capsules of DIM to help complinent my aromasin and further lower my estrogen. A little background: Was at 25mg aromasin daily and it wasnt enough, i still felt bloated. 37.5mg daily seems to do the trick but i noticed a little bump under my nipple. Damnit! Started using nolva and i think its shrinking. I really gotta dig to find it. It might have been there from puberty, i remember feeling bumps when i was a kid and never thought anything of it. I dont think its bunk aromasin and i have 2 brands of it that both seem to work the same. I know, bloodwork is key. Im trying not to raise any red flags since you need a script in ny to get bloodwork done. ANYWAY sorry for the rant but how much dim would i need daily for it to do anything?

You really should use blood work to measure what you have going on and how your treating it otherwise its just a guessing game.
I know guys who use TRT that swear by DIM but again, I would need to see the blood work.

200 dim 50 zinc from memory. You can buy it combined. Don't expect much from it though....

Thanks! So one of my 300mg capsules daily should be enough. My multivitamin has a little zinc in it. I know i dont expect much but for the low price and low risk its worth a shot. Like i said i know bloodwork is vital but im terrified of having a doctor rheem me out for blatant gear use. My friend is on trt and his doc knows he blasts, so im gonna ask him where he goes.

Plus you live in NY which I don't think allows you to pull BW yourself, which sucks.

Yeah you need a script in ny to pull blood. Could i just drive into jersey or pa and do it? Im on long island it wouldnt take much to jump into another state. Just spitballing here. I also have a home in delaware so im back and forth somewhat often.

I'm pretty sure DE is gtg - if so I'd use that addy b/c regardless if you crossed the bridge into jersey of pa you'd still have to use the ny addy unless u can use your DE one??
