First Seizure Letter - Veteran Status?

So I got my first seizure letter today from CBP-Chicago. What a bummer. I have already contacted the source about re-shipping. Obviously since it was seized by Customs you all can figure out it came from overseas. My injectable compounds came through fine, but my D Bol, Nolva, Clomid, and Arimidex were all intercepted. I have seen a lot of posts on here that to me seem hyper-paranoid, such as CBP entering your name and address into some kind of master database so every package you get from overseas from here on out gets extra inspected, or the cops are going to kick in your door at any moment, or other such nonsense.

So that got me to thinking: at what point is someone considered a "veteran" in the AAS game? Is it time based? Number of cycles based? Size based? A combination of all three? I know I am not. This is my third cycle and there are a lot of compounds I have never tried. I have learned enough to know there's a lot more to gear than jabbing a needle in your ass and getting XBAWKS HUEG. Diet, rest, cycle ancillaries, PCT, and all the support mechanisms is what makes a cycle great, not just huge amounts of AAS.

Would this be a good spot for a poll? What exactly makes someone a veteran?

I know there are people you can trust on this forum. But this is still the internet. I would only put that much trust/respect into someone I know IRL.

NO DISRESPECT TO THE REAL VETS JUST SAYIN!!!

Reorder and move on... if it is confiscated than it is gone
Don't respond to their letters. Move on and find another source or ask to re- ship...

Yeah I didn't ask anyone on here for a source check when I first started using AAS. I just took a leap of faith and ordered from a particular site. I've got the blood work to prove the shit was legit too. My comment about the "vet" status was just kind of a one-off from my seizure letter post. This probably won't be the last time I get a seizure letter, because I have no intent of stopping using AAS.

I asked them to re-ship. This was my first time ordering with this particular source, because my normal source didn't quite have the range of things I was looking for at the right price. So I tried a new source my friend recommended. I will have to wait on blood work to know if the gear is legit, but its a bad first impression when your first package to me gets seized.

    Dear Patient,

This letter is to advise that the medical tests carried out last week confirm that you had an epileptic seizure.

We hope that this is your final seizure letter.

    Yours,

    Dr. Dufrane

Maybe, maybe not. We shall see! Not too worried about it regardless. i just want my damn DBol and Arimidex so I can get this cycle started! I've got a party in early November I want to be pretty blown up for, plus I am Macho Man Randy Savage this year at Halloween. Gotta make sure I'm big enough!

I have no idea what either one of you are talking about, unless it is Andy Dufresne from Shawshank Redemption

That happened to me when I had a shitty source oh about 12 years ago. Moral of the story, find a trusted source, they are out there and if sometimes you do lose a package most good resources will reship

Just as an update: never got ahold of the source to reship. Kind of disappointed, this was a new source I was excited about. Their vials came through fine, just the pills were seized. I've tried every way I know how to get ahold of them, to no avail.

On another note, I reordered my Nolva, Clomid, Caber, DBol , and ADex through my original source who I've ordered through successfully three times. I'm out a little dough, but I guess that's part of it, especially when dealing with an overseas source. Can't exactly file a complaint with the BBB lol

It's rare to find a UL that will back it's reputation with a reshipment. Hang it up to cost of doing business. When I got my first seizure notice, I totally panic'd. After the 3rd one, I just ignore it. It happens. Just reorder and just start your cycle when everything comes in.

I thought a seizure letter was a final warning? Surely 2 seizure letters to your home address means trouble?

Well, in a miraculous twist, the original source finally made contact with me and is re-shipping my order. I already sent the money for the other supplier for the same gear, so I guess if they both come through I'll just have a shit load of DBol and PCT drugs on hand, which isn't a terrible thing. I don't intend for this to be my last cycle, so I will already have all my DBol and cycle support items on hand. Just have to pay for the injectables then. This may work out swimmingly after all mates

Did you change your shipping address? I really only have one place I can send the gear right now so I had them send it to the same address. Soon I will have an alternate location I can send to, but not yet. Do you think it matters? I don't think so.

Why not just use verified domestic suppliers or at least a good international supplier.

    Who were you using?

Guys, please be careful about the info that is posted. No one has broken any rules (yet), but generally this type of discussion goes down the wrong path.
It's usually safest to stick with discussing a brand, but not the actual source.

So in a continuation of this saga, today I took my first DBol pills and was able to finally pin, since I had been sitting on all my injectables until I got my ancillaries and PCT drugs in. I was a little nervous on the first pin, I haven't pinned since early May, but everything went great. Really looking forward to when this DBol kicks in as well. I have also switched my training regimen to a undulating periodization program, which I am also looking forward to very much.

In other news, I felt pretty good about my deadlift until a guy rolled up on me the other day and told me to leave the 315 I was repping on the bar when I was done. Long story short, he ended at 485. That is easily the most I've ever seen anyone deadlift at this gym, and if I've seen someone pull more than that recently I don't remember it. Felt pretty sheepish after that. But there is always someone stronger out there!

Veteran in the making though. waiting on your PCT and ancillaries to come before getting started.

Years ago I had something seized that was mailed from overseas. Customs got it and I received a seizure letter. Had the order resent to a different address and that went okay, but my name/info did get placed into a database. First time I traveled abroad I came back and my passport had been flagged and they scrutinized the shit out of my bags and I was patted down. Just a heads up.

It's been more than 10 years and seems I'm off the flagged list (traveled to Mexico twice this year with no issues).

I don't see how flagging a name from a seized package with address only and tying that to your passport will leave you getting more attention when traveling abroad. Unless you have an extremely unique name, and never move in 10 years, the likelihood of them associating a package to a name on a passport is slim to none I would think.

Seems simple to me. Name (not a particularly unique one) and address and they can find plenty of info on a person. And that was 2004/2005. I wasn't even at the same address as when I first got the passport in 2000. And I know it got me extra attention because I went thru it, not to mention they let me know it wasn't a random search. It's not like I became Manuel Noriega all of a sudden, I wasn't some big deal to them - it was just in the system to make sure to check my belongings when my passport number came up.

In the final chapter of this story, I did eventually receive my re-shipment of all my ancillaries/PCT drugs from my original source. Furthermore, I had already ordered ancillaries/PCT drugs and DBol from my original source and have now received them as well, meaning I have two cycles worth of PCT, ancillaries, and DBol on hand. I only have to buy my injectables for my next cycle, so that is awesome.

Also, in an odd twist, when I ordered from the new supplier I switched to Test Cyp from Test E, still pinning twice a week. With my old source, the Test E gave me wicked ass PIP, and I always had to cut it with GSO and inject a ton of shit every time. With the Cyp from the new supplier, I get none of that. I've you've never had PIP in your ass check so bad you can't sit down for a week, trust me it blows.

Now, I have not done my blood work yet, so I may not get PIP because this suppliers gear is bullshit, but I don't think that is the case. I'll keep you updated, but I have the bloods and GAINZ to prove my old suppliers gear was legit.

It is based on knowledge and experience IMO.
