    Fat Cutting

I read that it's ill advised to start steroids with a high body fat percentage and I was wondering if anyone knows of something that would be good for that. Obviously diet and exercise but it would be nice to have some help.

Almost anything you take for fat loss makes you feel terrible and has a negative rebound effect when you quit..if you really need help with the craving caffeine or black coffee will help..like song and couch said it pretty much comes down to hard work and willpower..you gotta ask yourself do you really want this?

    1. Metformin. Best drug you can put in your body. It removes appetite and controls glucose.

    2. Control your Stress ie lower bloodpressure ie monitor that strongly. Cortisol is your enemy. This can mean CCB, ACEI, BB....different drugs

    3. HGH is a definite boost for weight loss.

    And yes...cardio

At 22, you're at a perfect age to begin preparing for a cycle in a few more years. Work out a good eating regiment. Notice I said an eating regiment. A diet is temporary, like a show prep diet, but you're in this for the long haul so you need to revamp your eating. Start on a strong workout/cardio training program. It'll take you about 3 years to build strength through your connecting tissues like your tendons and ligaments. Get your body fat down, naturally, as low as you can. The lower your bodyfat before you start a cycle, the better cycle experience you'll have. Maintain that for a few years and when you're 25 or 26 you'll be ready to run an awesome cycle.

While cutting, mentally, that's the hardest imo

It makes sense, yet seems counter intuitive

Interesting. It had zero effect on my appetite control and I was following the recommendations of the current clinical trial currently being run on longevity using Metformin with a dosage of 850 mg 2x per day. Did you take different dosages?

That a bunch of crap. Having a high BF percentage you can still benefit greatly from a cutting cycle. For example you could not only be burning fat quickly you could also be gaining muscle even when your on a cycle.

Depends how husky you are but one thing is for sure and undeniable.. once your fat goes down to a certain point you will start losing both muscle and fat. At that point if you were doing a cycle you would lose pure fat and possibly even be gaining muscle.. the result is a dramatic effect on the physique.

    .
You can also be silently killing yourself with exponential decrease in hdl, and increase in ldl, coupled with near impossible estrogen management, increased blood pressure, and thick blood. Especially in a human who can't wrap their head around proper diet.

If he hasn't been able to do it through diet and exersise, whats going to happen without that discipline on cycle? Its going to cause drastic weight gain, that's what.

It doesn't kill appetite in everyone, everyone is different. It can also have GI sides that some people don't tolerate with gas, cramping, bloating, etc. It isn't bad when starting out to cut and especially if one is borderline diabetic or has been on refined carbs for a while. It can help muscle store glycogen and decrease glucose production by the liver so decent ancillary at any time. But as with all rx drugs has potential side effects that should be considered.

I'm in the most intense bulk of my life and when I need to cut in January I am going to give this another try. Appreciate the input!

I mentioned it for beginning cut for the OP because of appetite comments and in consideration of dirty diet initially to help clean things up. But it's good for bulking as well - here's a pretty decent non-scientific article on it for BB complete with sides, etc. Easy read worth perusing: https://juicedmuscle.com/jmblog/cont...take-metformin

I have the discipline to do it through diet and exercise. I haven't been able to over the past few years because I've had to prioritize basic survival over keeping fit. I was just wondering if there was a way to expedite the weight loss process.

I totally understand that. I have knowledge of AAS and had run several cycles in the past and still thought about the possibility of "magic beans" in winny, masteron , etc., but got recentered in my thinking and accomplished a lot with keto diet and cardio. As you probably know, "expedited fat loss" will be accompanied by significant lean muscle loss, too. Don't get caught up in the frantic need to get immediate results but resign yourself to settling into a good solid routine of self-discipline and cardio w/strength training. I happen to be a big fan of keto as it worked well for me and it was exceptionally easy to follow. I did it for almost 11 months initially without a cheat and got very good results. I think doing it for that long was a mistake and would do it differently now but it's my go to when I need it.

Thank you. I will look into doing the keto diet.
