Urgent !!! Fainted after 2nd injection of sustanon 250

I took first injection of sustanon 250 3 days ago on right glute, everything was going perfect, today was my second injection time, I took hcg in morning at 8 am, now at 2:30pm, I took my second injection of sustanon 250 on my left glute because my right was hurting (like muscle cramping/swelling), I prepared the injection and suddenly got some job so I put that aside for 5-10mins, and then I took it, but as soon as all oil injected, I started sweating, heartbeat increased, was unable to see, breath and then after a min I fall on ground and fainted, after a 2-3 mins I woke up and then drunk some water, now seems to be ok but still my eye vision is not ok, took everything According to routine like ai, diet, etc. No i didn't hit any nerve while injecting oil

Google vasovagal syncope it will clear your questions, basically the feeling of having a needle inside triggered an anxiety reaction and the vagus nerve over-activated to compensate, this will cause a sudden drop in blood pressure hence the tachicardia/sweating /obnubilation etc

So the main reason behind getting into that state was lack of oxygen/air(was in store room of my office at 14th floor w/o ac in sealed building) and was emty stomach. Other possibilities are got muscle cramps when I turned to inject on my left glute with right hand and stayed with that cramp for a min as it takes time to inject 1ml oil from 23g.

When I realised it was because of empty stomach, Immediately I ate lots of food, diet coke, taurine and caffeine and then tunnel vision goone after 10 mins of take food.

So after getting a good lesson I want to know: what happen if I inject sust 1ml complete in my vein, will I die, if so how soon? I'll definitely aspirate each time from now.

Why I am getting cramps, it all started after first injection, but I ignored it, but now I am getting cramps more often. (I masturbate twice last night and once in morning, is this reason? Or will this affect my cycle?)
It is 4 days now from first injection and I am still feeling soreness in my right glute. Is I am doing anything wrong?


Right now I am taking alb, ketotifen, sust, hcg, ai, nac. No other drugs.

imo possibility of hitting vein with 1inch pin in glute is extremely low, recently I have gone for blood test and therefore I know how it feels when we pin in vein. Whatever it was, I survived, got lesson, will aspirate from now.

Yup, before starting cycle, I planned to take injection in quad because it is easy, but saw on forum chances of hitting vein in thigh are much higher so changed my mind and moved to glute site.

It's now 18hrs, soreness pain is on top, can't even able to stand and walk properly. What can I do in this situation?

Nurses do not inject into the glute of patient by sight it is by touch to find the injection spot. I lay on my face and have been pinning 5-years in my glutes. It is best to not look anyway...it just makes you want to do something stupid or get the "bitch syndrome" of omg my mind cannot handle I am actually doing this....

It is like the girl that likes to sit and eat a steak...but then watches a show about beef cattle slaughtering...weak stomach. Nothing to be ashamed of. You can inject up to 5ml a day into a glute rotating. That is 35ml of substance a week and I doubt many are shooting that much.

Seems we are in the same boat regarding lots of things jonbana.

But on the quad injection question the op asked.

You find the mid line separating inner and outer heads of quads.

Then you go to the middle of outer head in one of the 3 "X" spots.

Now those spots and about 3/4" circling around are safe spots, but miss those spots, you'll know as soon as the needle hits muscle, as you'll start twitching like you were being electrocuted. But hit those marks. And its like sticking a needle in butter

Nurses do not inject into the glute of the patient by sight it is by touch to find the injection spot.

That all depends on the patient getting the shot. It's easy to do a 23G 1 1/2 inch in your glute. Get out of your head. I personally use a mirror and stand sideways to it so I can see where I want to inject. But remember to rotate the sites each shot.

It's the front view of the left leg and shows the outer area. The center line is the innermost boundary. There are a few good youtube vids on quad injections. Helps to advance the needle slowly in the quad so if you are approaching a small nerve you can feel it without jerking and reposition.

Out of the 33 quad shots I've done (16.5 weeks whole cycle 2x week) I've never hit a vein, I aspirated every shot, and never once hit a vein or was even in one.

I've hit a few clusters of nerves, but promptly removed needle and repositioned shot.

Soreness?, never had any, maybe its a testament to the labs I used, Watson from CVS and pharmacom test cyp 250.

You can google this question. Hitting a vein is not a big deal but if you hit the sciatic nerve you will have some issues. Sounds like you are more in your head about giving yourself a shot. I am sure you can find a nurse or someone knowedable to give you one somewhere.

I know and saw images there are tons of nerves and veins in thigh. How did you know you pin into cluster? During aspirate if blood comes do I need to change needle/whole oil?

Cardio? I can't even walk properly, forget about sitting on ass, I can't do any kind of workout. Not going gym from last 1 week because of soreness, after first shot, pain from soreness was acceptable but this second shot fu(k the shit out of me. Gets relief from pain after a nap or sleep, but it starts again after walking or sitting for 5 mins. No, I can't go to doctor in this case and can't tell them that I got this pain after taking "Steroids" which I got from pharmacy on fake Rx. I still believe this pain is occurring because I hit the ground from injection site and left arm(feeling same pain in left arm muscles). Taking taurine and rehydration solutions to get relief from soreness.

No I don't just want to take shots, but I really do not want to miss it. This is my first cycle, so I believe problems will come.

If you hit a vein, just pull out and reinject with same needle and oil/blood mix.

You'll know you hit some nerves,because it will hurt, and your muscle will twitch.

So if your gear was legit then it was an injection/needle size choice. Some have pain after an IM testosterone shot and others do not. Some studies say massage others say don't. Some say alternate heating pad and ice. You will have to find out what works for you.

I am going to assume that your second shot hit your sciatic nerve and that is your main issue. Just an educated guess at this point.

I felt it twice, once during injectecting outer skin, and second time when pin was inside the skin, I also needed to apply more force(same amount of force which required to pierce outer skin. Used 23g. Injected center right of thigh where there is a little bump of muscle. And I ain't hit any bone

I have stuck a lot of needles a lot of places and just got over my right arm swrlling from a fucked up bicep injection. You got it though. One of the most common threads here is the "is this normal" pip thread. Its normal. It hurts for days sometimes I even had a calf injection mess me up for weeks.

Hey bro it was just an additional question to be sure for future shots, I am aware of pip. I was just curious it felt I pierce twice(second time additional little force), I was just asking is it normal? Because I never felt such thing during both glute shot.
