Nolva dosage for gyno lump

I've devolved a lump under one nipple after my last blast. I've seen lots of opinions on dosage. I know in the stickies it says run 40mg a day for the first week then 20 mg a day for the following weeks until reversed. I've also seen someone say run 60mg the first week then drop to 20mg a week. Opinions? Side effects? What's your thought to how long it takes to get rid of this little guy.

All depends on your preference. The half-life is like 5 days but you get max concentration about 5 hours of dosage. I tend to do better with one time a day. Studies have shown the less you have to take a medication (times per day) the more compliant they are to taking the medication.

Watch out for that side effect of Vaginal Itching, bleeding, discharge or discomfort
