    Help Plan/Critique My Sust/Deca Cycle

    Stats Are:
    29 y.o.
    241 lbs
    12% body fat
    6'0" tall
    4 previous cycles

    Hello everyone, could use some help planning out my sust 250/deca 200 stack. I have my heart set on the sust, im not interested in using a different blend of testosterone . I have not used deca previously, in the past i have only taken cycles of sust/test & Trenbolone sometimes. I was thinking of frontloading the Sust @ 750mg/wk for the first 2 weeks, then leveling down to 500 then beginning the deca after 2 weeks, and finishing with just test. I want to run the test for 12-14 weeks, but only run the deca for 10 weeks or so. This is what I was thinking:

    Weeks 1-2:
    Sust 250 @ 750mg/wk (injected 2x a week)
    Weeks 3-14:
    Sust 250@500mg/wk (inj 2x a week)
    Weeks 3-12:
    Deca D @ 400mg/wk

    Is this a good plan? Why or why not?

    I have been natty for alnost 2 years and not missed more than 2 days lifting in a workout week. I am in the best natty shape of my life & looking forward to see what sorts of gains I can make.

    PCT:
    5-6 Weeks Nolva & Clomid (I have tons) & was thinking HCG after cycle for 3 weeks. Should I take HCG throughout the whole cycle instead? Why or why not.

    If you like your balls then HCG both on cycle and PCT. I say the much higher amount of iu per week than they suggest here.

    What is your goal for your cycle?

    Send a pic. I would like to see 6’ 241 and 12% bf. You must be huge.
    I would keep the test constant and I would not use dust, I would use a single Esther test.
    I would use deca for a longer period of time. Start it with the start of the cycle.
    HCG from the beginning up to PCT.
    hope you are considering an AI and NAC.

    I was considering Arimidex yes.

    My source has Test Enanthate on hand and will switch the sust out for the Enanthate.

    ALSO:

    I am going to have to order my HCG. I am living in an environment where I WILL NOT have access to refrigeration for the HCG. Source has plenty on hand, but once I take it home I will not have a fridge or way to keep it cool. I am living in a halfway house with two-man dorm style rooms, but there is no mini fridges allowed in the dorm rooms & the cafeteria/kitchen fridge is out of the queation.

    Does this make the prospect of using HCG null and void? If so, my answer would be NO DECA, and just 10 weeks of SUST or TEST followed by alot of Nolva/Clomid. I should have put this in the original post.

    My workout goal would be gain and keep hopefully 15 lbs of good solid muscle and pack on extra size for the winter that will be needed for the cutting phase next summer. I am (in my opinion) close to my natural limit and will be 30 in a few weeks. I wont be able to get much bigger naturally without gaining a considerable amount of fat, or committing an exorbitant amount of time to meal prep/bodybuilding, one which would not be compatible with my 45 hour work week & 7 day gym routine. I feel I am ready and justified in my use of gear this time around. I have made mistakes in the past as a young man like taking long cycles and not always going consistently to the gym, or starting cycles before being in shape. I am committed and doing this perfectly this time.

    I just want to make this clear. You will be lucky to gain 10 lbs per year of muscle while cycling.
    You are not at your natural limit. You can gain while off AAS. AAS just helps you get that extra and assists with the protein synthesis.
    If you are not planning on being on a diet, then I recommend that you do not cycle. You will lose everything you gained. It really isn’t a diet, it is a change of lifestyle.

    You don't run HCG during PCT.

    Pick a dose and keep it constant throughout your cycle. Stability is better for your HPTA.
    Deca D @ 400mg/wk
    Deca's not super anabolic. If you want to gain size, you need to up your dosage. For size, I would run 500mg/wk of Test and 600mg/wk of Deca. Some guys run 800mg/wk. Pro's run even more.

    Is this a good plan? Why or why not?

    Run HCG, 250iu twice a week, throughout your cycle. It's a whole lot easier for your body to recover if you try to maintain your natural production.
