    Sustanon Cycle Advice

    Hi guys, I'm new here and this is my first post.

    Age: 30 years
    Weight: 167 lbs
    Height: 5'6"
    Workout Experience: 15 months
    Goals: Build muscle and cut fat

    Just started my first ever cycle of Sustanon and Turinabol .
    I plan on doing the following:

    Week 1: Sustanon 325mg + Turinabol 50mg
    Week 2: Sustanon 325mg + Turinabol 60mg
    Week 3: Sustanon 325mg + Turinabol 70mg
    Week 4: Sustanon 325mg + Turinabol 80mg
    Week 5: Sustanon 325mg + Turinabol 80mg
    Week 6: Sustanon 325mg + Turinabol 70mg
    Week 7: Sustanon 325mg + Turinabol 60mg
    Week 8: Sustanon 325mg + Turinabol 50mg

    Also taking Arimidex EOD.
    Planned PCT is Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 and Clomid 50/50/25/25.

    I took my first pin on the right cheek of my butt, and 4 days later it still hurts, is that normal? What can I do to alleviate the pain?
    What do you think of the above as a first ever cycle?
    What advice can you offer me to get better gains?
    And do you think 325mg of Sustanon is enough per week?

    Any advice would be really helpful, thanks a lot guys.

    You probably are not quite ready for gear because you are only training for 15 months.

    You won't build muscle and lose fat at the same time either.

    Post your diet up here for a look...........

    Breakfast:
    50g Oats
    1 Banana
    3 Whole Eggs

    Morning Snack:
    2 Scoops Whey

    Lunch:
    160g Fish Fillet or 2 Chicken Breasts
    Green Salad with half Avocado
    150g Brown Rice

    Preworkout Snack:
    2 tbsp Peanut Butter
    1 Banana
    2 Slices of White Bread

    Postworkout Snack:
    2 Scoops Whey
    1 Banana

    Dinner:
    Normally steak or chicken or fish
    A bit of pasta on the side

    Before bed I take a scoop of Casein.

    What can I expect from this cycle?

    325mg of test is not high, you should bump it to 400-500mg, but if you eat that above you could gain 10lbs net gains

    Going with a safe dose since it's my first cycle, and I am also stacking with an oral, wouldn't that help?

    The injection site of my first pin is still sore as hell. Is it normal for it to be sore for 5 days?

    Yeah....the site can be sore for days, especially with sust. Really, you should leave the oral out until you see how you react to test alone.

    Just stick with the Test @ 500mg/wk. Drop the Tbol, for the first cycle. A Sus cycle should be around 12 weeks. The long esters in the Sus really needs more time than 8 weeks. Add HCg , 250iu twice a week to your cycle. Bump the Clomid up to 100/50/50/50. If you want to bulk on this cycle, eat 40% of your diet in carbs and you can take in more than 1500mg/day of salt. If you want to cut on this cycle, eat 25% to 30% of your diet in carbs and keep your salt intake below 1500mg.
