I'm kinda new to this, so don't take me too seriously. But after struggling for 8(well 16 really) weeks to find the E2 sweet spot I find mine to be right when I get the pimples all over my arms. That's when I have the most power in the gym, but don't have the rest of the high E2 symptoms. I call it Pimple Power.....
If I start getting the bad high-E2 symptoms I pop 1mg adex to take it down quickly and then maintain it with about .25mg per day. If the pimples dry out and I dont get new pimples I skip the dose for a day or two....
Edit: And yeah, my arms look like hell now.. haha.. I don't know if aiming for arm pimples is a good idea in the long run..
Edit 2: Also, I know I'm having way too much E2 when I get emotional. Like, I'm angry-sad. Like if a gf have broken up with you haha, you know the feeling. Then I know I have to bring it down quickly. If I get too low I'm very alphaish, the opposite to the above. But I find it boring to be that emotionaly dull, and I'm not as strong in the gym.
