second cycle of Test E and Deca. Is this a common protocol?

Hello, there. I'm planning to do Test E 600 mg (300 mg twice/week), Deca 300 mg (150 mg twice/week), and Arimidex 0.5 mg EOD. Has anyone tried this cycle regimen (or similar to it) and how was your experience with it?

Test T & Deca is a very common cycle. I'm assuming you're bulking. You might want to increase your Deca dosage at least as much as your Test. Deca's Andro/Anabolic ratios's 125:37 vs Test's 100:100 so it's only a little stronger than Test. Tren is 500/500.

So, Deca 600 mg/week and Test E 600 mg/week? Why does the Deca dose have to be close to the Test E dose?

No, the Deca dose doesn't have to be the same as the Test dose. If you want to bulk with Deca 600mg/wk is a good dose. You can run Test at 500mg/wk.

Is there any benefits if I ran just Deca 300 mg/week (with Test E 600mg/week)?

Yes, there is, the benefits are cumulative not breakthrough (it isn't all or nothing). At a lower dose you'll still receive benefits.

I've never ran deca , but I hear it's great for joints/tendons also. Would there still be a benefit over time in that regard with a 'low dose'? I would have done type of test base, either my TRT dose or higher if on blast.

I've had experience with test, tren , tbol, and mast over the years and gotten favorable results at what most would say is low dose when combined with TRT dose of up to 250/300

Just curious, what are the benefits of stacking Deca with Test E compared to Test E alone? Increase protein synthesis and collagen synthesis..

Yes. I've run low dose deca (125mgs pw) with my TRT for years. Many benefits to it. Read this:
