Also if it doesnt, how do i go about getting bw done by these online labs? Any suggestions for a site that offers bw for a reasonable

The insurance covers it if your doc orders the test. The doc's generally pepper you with questions before they order the test. I don't want my Test level in my medical records so I get mine done online. Check these sites out.

What Scotch said. If you're asking for a few specific items I'd opt for getting it yourself. Unless, of course you have a very good relationship with your doctor..
