When to get first mid cycle blood for to see where my e2 is standing.

    Hi everyone,

Started my first ever cycle yesterday. Its a 10 weeker consisting of:

    -300mg sust250 2x150mg a week
    -hCG 2x250iu a week
    -Aromasin 12.5mg ed.

My current plan for bloodwork is as follows:

    - End of week 1 or week 2 - check only estrogen to see if any adjustment is needed
    - End of week 5 - full bloodwork (as before starting the cycle)

The question is when will be the earliest point to check my e2? Will the end of week 1 be okay, or should I wait at least 2 weeks down the road.

Come on guys can anyone give some advice here. As the half life of the T Decanoate is 15 days, does this mean that I will have to wait 15 days at least, in order for the test in my blood to reach its peak?

    Hi tarmyg,

Thanks for the reply, I have went thtorugh the first post of that topic a couple of times now. I know about the mid cycle bloodwork and will be doing in after the 5th week of my cycle, but I want to know when is the earliest point in which it will be okay to check only my e2 levels, as I want to be sure that they are in normal range - not too high or too low and I do not want to wait until week 6 to start resolving eventual e2 issues. My question was when will the test in my blood reach steady levels (sustanon 250 longest acting ester has half life of 15 days) so I can be sure that my estrogen will come out correct? Regards.
