came on here for all my gear research, and everyone does the general cookie cutter principles of using AI's, HCG throughout etc etc....without knowing if they even need it!
PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR OWN BODY!
IF your feeling good on just test enanthate, your not puffing out like a retard, no signs of gyno or anything then please dont bother taking arimidex!
Keep things SIMPLE. I have spoken to numerous pros, people just read a sample cycle online and think its gospel.
im mid way through my test cycle and haven't had the need to use an AI, and I would have done had i not use my brain.
experiment on yourself, and add in only what you NEED to.
Everyone should use an AI even on trt. Throuout the cycle leading up to pct. Estrogen can cause a slew of problems before it gives you gyno and it might never even give you gyno. Fat, water, and counterproductiveness are some of the first sides you will experience.
.25 mg eod. Its not an opinion. Been there done this both ways.
Also, the numerous pros are bro scientists. We use medical journals and 20 years of combined experience from guys that have done tis 40+ years.
I would love to see the bloods from a guy after a 12 wk cycle at 500mg, that doesn't have elevated estrogen, without the use of AI.
If its not elevated, their gear is bunk. Yes everyone is different but not that different. If the test is doing its job, you will acquire elevated e2 without AI. If you are immune to the effects of estrogen then you are immune to the effects of testosterone and need a new hobby.

No matter if you have gyno issues you will have water retention, water retention causes pressure on the heart making it work harder which could lead to an enlarged heart which is very common in bb'rs along with BP issues. Always run a low dose ai.
always recommend using AI on cycle.

Hcg is mandatory to prevent testicular atrophy, for the duration of the cycle up to pct. 500 iu of hcg dosed twice per week @ 250mg will help recovery as well as atrophy prevention.Quote:

I cycle heavy. I have shrunken testicles because I ran ridiculous doses too long and I dosed hcg at once per week instead of twice. I no longer dose hcg for once a week and I dose it at 750-1000iu per week instead of the standard 500iu protocol. The desensitization does indeed happen at high dosages but not at my dosages.
