Best time to cut?
Hey guys...
Would it be a better idea to perform a mini-cut during PCT rather than immediately PCT?
It's my understanding that during PCT due to intake of Nolva and Clomid that Test levels will be elevated, and post PCT they will fall a little until they fully recover. I figure after PCT would be a bad time to cut since you're test levels are going to be lower than when on PCT.
And by mini-cut, I mean 2-4 weeks to cut about 4-8 lbs off.

Never ever ever, cut or go into caloric restriction during PCT.

You want to hold on to your new gains for a while or you will lose them quick.

There are many contributing factors so it is hard to answer. During the AAS cycle, you have suppressed natural test production. When you start PCT the extro genous test has deceased. PCT is to try and get things back to normal without extrogenous test. How long it takes depends on you and the cycle that you took. Hcg on cycle also effects this. Theoretically after PCT you are well on your way to recovery. During PCT is probably not the best time to cut.
IMO it sounds like you just bulked and want to shed some weight.
My advice is to use hiit cardio to lower bf and not a caloric deficit and to lose it slowly so that you are not sacrificing muscle.
I know I didnt exactly answer your question, but I do not like fast weight loss.

IMOP I wouldn't cut for a couple months but that's me.Now winter time is coming I would worry about cutting just keep bf in check so you don't have to go crazy come spring.

When your body is fully recovered or on cycle. Your body is going to be stressed to the max trying to recover and your cortisol levels will be very high until your hormones balance out. Cortisol will go and break down muscle proteins because muscle is expensive to maintain.
