researching for my first cycle, need some help and thoughts on my cycle.

So I'm going to do a cycle from April to June (12 Weeks) As of right now I'm doing research and getting my diet and training in check. I was thinking of running Test E 500mg/W and Dbol 30 mg/day from week 1-6 then I stop with the Dbol and begin with Winstrol Inject 50mg every day, don't want to use Oral as the Dbol will be Oral so my liver will hate me.

So in short:
Test E 500mg/week for 12 weeks
Dbol 30mg/day week 1-6
Winstrol Inject 50 mg 7-12
Arimidex 0,25mg to 0.50 mg depending on gyno and/or water weight during whole cycle.


Why I choose this is that I want to add strenght and size with Dbol and then lose the water and be a bit leaner at the end, also should I run Arimidex as PCT afterwards even though I used it during the cycle ?

What do you think about this cycle and things I should think about ? also It would be nice to hear your experince with the drugs or/and your first time using

190 pounds, 5'10. will shred to about 8-10% BF before cycle due to estrogen and sides.

The first thing that I would recommend is blood work to know where you are starting at.
You will want to run a test only cycle for your first cycle. Drop the dbol . The arimidex should be .25 eod. You should not adjust on how you feel. The adjustment should be based on blood work.
PCT should be nolva and clomid.
Read the sticky of the first cycle above. It is very informative. Also do not forget the hCG .

I totally missed your age. You are at your highest natural testosterone production, shutting it down now and you may suffer and not get back to your present levels. Furthermore, your endo is still not mature and you risk complete development by taking AAS.

but Rich Piana (r.i.p) started at 18 he turned out fine ? not arguing just wondering how some people lose all there natural test and others start young and turn out fine

I would beg to differ that Rich turned out fine.
To your point, no one can say that it will or won’t. What I can say is that the probability that you have issues is definitely higher than people 25 or older. This is where you need to make a decision if the risk is worth the reward. Before you make this decision, please read the stickies on the young and steroids .
I will tell you that low test sucks. I thought it was just old age. All of this was before I cycled.
You can make excellent progress without AAS at your age.

How do you know these people are fine? Unless you live with them do you think they are going to tell everyone they are on meds for depression? or suffer from no libido seriously wake up and smell the coffee.

point taken, I do respect your opinion but I see life as, I rather die 50 and had a great life and everything was awsome then live to 85 and had a normal run of the mill life.
