300 mgs too much?

Can I shoot a 1ml 300mgs of deca with one dose? A local boy told me th 300mg deca was too strong for one shot and would cause an abcess. His theory was 300mg shots was for animals??? I dont believe him but wanted some feedback just to make sure before I begin.

its ok, deca has a long half-life, i usually inject mine at 200 mg becuz my deca is 200 mg/ml.

300 is fine. I'm doing a ML and a half and thats nothing compared to some of these guys.

1ml is fine. I know people running 600mg/week that are splitting in two shots, no abcesses at all.

Obviously this local bodybuilder whom gave me this info is very smart.Hes been taking roids for 12 years and should know better.
