Labs for estrogen

Cycle:

Test E: 300mg mon//thur
HCG : 250ui mon/thur
Adex: 0.25mg mon/thur

First 5 weeks I took 0.25mg adex eod. That lowered my E2 too low, it was <16 nmol/L (ref <150)

Then I skipped adex completely for 9 days before I started my new regimen.

I'm checking E2 again next week. Problem is that they only show values <150 nmol/L so if it's to low it won't show. But if they come back with values <150 nmol/L i will check on another site.

But anyway, labs is next Monday in the morning. Should I pin and take my adex one day early to get my absolute minimum value of E2 (because it's the day after adex) or should I pin and take my adex AFTER the labs so I will be at my maximum amount of E2 when I do the labs? What's better? Am I overcomplicating things?

personally I think your over complicating it.. your only running 300mg a week of Test. You know how may guys wouldn't even run an AI at that dose let alone attempt to get E that dialed in..

as Testosterone goes up Estrogen is supposed to go up as well (thats the bodies natural process),, this is ideal for mass gains and growth and general well being.
Overly suppressing estrogen is not a good thing , its only beneficial for guys stepping on stage.

if your super estrogen sensitive and gyno prone then thats another thing.. but for most guys at that low a dose of test very little AI is needed, let alone multiple labs trying to get estrogen 'dialed in' .

I'm actually taking 600 MG of test per week. I ment I pin 300mg on Monday and 300mg on Thursday.
