Couldn't find one. I think because the DHT test alone is pricey.

How about Discounted Labs?
Don't know if it would cost effective, but Privatemdlabs does have the option of letting you build your own panels. Think they start giving a small discount after you order 3 or more panels?
In the dropdown box at the top of their webpage look for "Build your own panel". DHT is definitely one of the pricier tests. Think if you add on DHT to an existing panel, it is around $130 or so?
