Need Help Planning PCT for Test E + Deca Cycle

BACKGROUND INFO:
So I had originally planned to run deca for 14 weeks but started experiencing heart problems (higher resting heart rate/stronger heart beat) so I dropped it immediately at 4 weeks (I did not experience heart symptoms for the rest of the cycle). I decided to continue my cycle anyway since I had already bought everything. I extended my cycle to 17 weeks because I will be leaving for vacation soon and wanted to use up the rest of my vials. I am currently 15 weeks into this cycle and will be finishing soon. This will be my last cycle (ever) mainly because I'm satisfied with the gains I've made and I don't think I'll ever need to run a cycle again.

CYCLE:
Week 1-17: Test E - 600mg [per week]
Week 1-4: Deca - 600mg [per week] (originally meant for 14 weeks, but stopped at 4 weeks due to heart problems)
Week 1-4: Dbol - 40mg [daily]
Week 1-17: hCG - 500iu [per week]
Week 1-19: Arimidex - 0.25 [EOD]

PCT:
Week 20-24: Clomid - 100/50/50/50/50
Week 20-24: Nolvadex - 40/20/20/20/20

STATS:
AGE – 28 years old
HEIGHT – 5'9
WEIGHT – 195lbs
BODY FAT – 14%
TRAINING EXPERIENCE - 9 years
AAS EXPERIENCE - 3 bulking cycles

QUESTIONS:
1. Is my PCT okay? (I'm thinking that stopping the deca at 4 weeks and extending the Test E to 17 weeks might affect the dose/length of my PCT).

Wouldn’t you just forget the whole cycle if you have heart issues Mate ? Seriously health must come first. Finish up the cycle and just look after your health.

Why is Deca worse for the heart than Arimidex (BP), Test (BP, Cholesterol, Hematocrit), DBol (really?)...
Deca seems like the least of these.
If you damage your heart, chances are greater than not that you'll end up fat and unhappy.

Well, my heart symptoms (stronger heartbeat) disappeared after I dropped the deca. I'm currently 15 weeks into my cycle so I'm just about to finish the cycle. Just need some help with the PCT.

I'm 15 weeks in so far and I'm fine. I never experienced heart issues (stronger heartbeat) until I added in the deca, which is why I removed it immediately. Also, it's normal to run Test E for 16 weeks and deca for 14 weeks, since deca takes a while to build up before you start seeing it's benefits. I'm only adding in one extra week for Test E (but without deca).

Deca raises your hematocrit levels much higher than any of those compounds you listed. Dbol is mostly water weight, which only temporarily raises your BP and will disappear after a few weeks. I've been completely fine on only Test E cycles before. It was only the addition of deca that I noticed a stronger heart beat.

Well, I may have been having a panic attack/overreacting but I experienced a stronger heart beat on deca. It kept me up at night sometimes but nothing too extreme. I figured it wasn't worth the risk and dropped it immediately. After that, I've been completely fine and my resting heart rate has returned to normal. Currently 15 weeks into my cycle and I'm doing fine. Just need some help with the PCT because I changed a lot of stuff this cycle and I think I might have to change up my PCT dosage/length to recover properly.

compounds that have strong anabolic effects and that stimulate your CNS , like tren or deca, will cause an increase in resting heart rate fairly significantly and will be felt as a 'strong' heart beat . thats perfectly normal , your heart rate is increased cause your body systems are working over time being anabolic (thats what you want to be , anabolic).

I'm not saying that its comfortable , but its normal and part of the game.

This is spot on, I can barely get a good nights sleep when running Deca, especially when I first lay down to go to sleep, it’s like my body goes into overdrive, my heart just starts racing, I knew this was from Deca as I’ve done a test only cycle and this doesn’t happen.

Eliminate caffein / stimulants late in the day.
Work our earlier if possible.
Take melatonin about an hour before bedtime.

Hey Mate, think you’re onto something, I can only train late because of work, I’m up at 5am for work and train at 5pm, I take pre workout which is 2 scoops because I’m pretty tired by then, might have to cut back, thing Is I could sleep easy before the Deca Mate, what you think ?

Eliminate one thing at a time and see what works for you. I'd skip the pre workout stims and maybe simply have a cup of coffee about 45 minutes to an hour prior to gym time. Re Melatonin start at 3 mgs.

Dropped deca at 4 weeks.

Dropped Dbol at 4 weeks.

Heart problems cleared straight away?

Deca still in system several weeks after dropping.

Dbol out of system pretty much immediately.

Every chance it was the Dbol not the deca.

I've ran dbol in the past with a Test E cycle and never experienced a stronger heartbeat. I was sure it was the deca because it was the only new compound that I added.

Dbol makes my heart pound like a wardrum. 0.25 Arimidex EOD might be on a the low end for your dbol and test dosages. Try doing a few 0.5 doses and see if you notice an improvement next time around.
