Solid Liver Protection for Orals

Hi all.

One thing I have really struggled to nail down is a SOLID Liver Protection protocol.

I have seen multiple conflicting advice given. Some say you MUST use N2Guard. Others say its a rip off and you should only use NAC (2400 - 3600mg a day).

Then some says you need NAC, TUDDA and Milk Thistle etc ect.

After doing hours of research I have put together what I feel is a solid liver protection dose for a mild oral like Dbol, Tbol, Anavar ran with Test (of course)


Hows it looking?



NAC - 2400mg ed (1200mg x 2d)
Hawthorne Berry - 800 ed (400mg x2)
Essential Cycle - 3 caps ed 




Essential Cycle Ingredient

Red Yeast Rice 680mg
NAC 600mg
Milk Thistle (Silymarin 80%) 315mg
Hawthorn Berry 500mg
Saw Palmetto 201mg
Celery Seed Extract 102mg)




- Do you need the standalone Hawthorn Berry when 500mg is included in 'Essential Cycle'?
- Would you add TUDCA ?


This comes in at around £30 ($50 isn) for a 6 week cycle and far cheaper than N2Guard etc.

Money isn't an issue, If I was to run an oral I would want the best protocol and I enjoy learning about AAS in a whole!

you can't really go wrong with what you've put together, if you can afford them there are benefits to be had . I would go ahead and add in the TUDCA as well as Alpha Lipoic Acid (will prevent oxidative stress).

I will point out that VAR is not very liver toxic especially at moderate dosages. In fact VAR is prescribed by doctors at low dose to treat alcoholic liver disease, because of VARs ability to help regenerate cells. So something thats prescribed for liver health surely is not liver toxic (but anything at a high enough dose can be toxic)


VAR and Primobolan are probably the cleanest , safest, and least toxic AAS compounds we can run (and they can both be had in either oral or injectable form).
kinda sucks that they are also both the most expensive and most often faked steroids

Yeah Var is so pricy. However I have found SIS Labs Anavar (10mg) and it will run you £84 for a 6 week 50mg cycle with the last week being tapered off to 35mg.ot TOO bad and you can check the legitimacy on their website......

I guess with 50mg for 6 weeks you can drop the HT berry as its already included in the Essential Cycle?

if all your running is VAR then you can get by with very little liver support . Tudca and nac and you'll be set .. however absolutely nothing wrong with running liver support and keeping your liver healthy year round, so all those supplements are fine

Plus the RYR will help greatly with your LDL. It will help change particle density from small-dense (bad) to large-fluffy (good) over time. Now this is assuming it's real RYR. Most of what's sold in the states has had much of it's natural statins removed by virtue of our lovely FDA.

wheres a good place to find good RYR?

The last couple bags I bought were Hard Rhino brand off of Amazon. I haven't looked in a while to see what's still available. Just know that it's the absolute worst tasting substance known to man. No matter what you mix it with (and it doesn't mix well) it ruins it's flavor so I just choke it down with a couple oz's of warm milk. Still sucks though.

You can get injectible glutathione with a script from a compounding pharmacy.
