Long time no cycle.

I have not cycled in 10 years I am on TRT and wanted to do a cycle. the question is do I keep the Arimidex in or it's not necessary. Not looking for a critique this is my cycle just trying to decide on the Arimidex. 50 yo 6'2 200lbs 20% BF

Week 1 to 12: Testosterone enanthate @ 250 mg every 3.5 days (500mg/week total)
Week 1 to 12: Tren A @ 400 mg every 3.5 days (800mg/week total)
Week 1 to 14: hCG @ 250 iu every 3.5 days (500 iu/week total)
Week 1 to 14: Arimidex @ 0.25mg every other day (From day 2 up until PCT starts)
wait 14 days to start PCT = Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20

Of course you've to keep Arimidex and adjust the dosage, based on BW.

You are on TRT, no need to PCT. What is your TRT dose? Body fat is a little high so dial in your diet and do some cardio. Planning on getting bloodwork done before you start?

A little over kill for not cycling in 10yrs IMOP test would be fine but get your bf down 1st.

personally I'd leave your TRT dialed in where it has been, if 200mg per week of Test with say .25mg adex 3x per week was working for you , then leave it at that.
Don't add more test . just add the Tren like you want. Be smoother and less side effects to deal with right now for a first cycle back (might be better yet not even going with Tren at this point and using a milder non aromatizing AAS just to see how it goes)


Also, the fact that you added in a PCT when your on TRT anyways is rather odd (makes me think you don't really have past cycle experience and this is really your fist cycle ever after being on TRT)

I'll second sticking with your TRT dose and adding in tren ace @ 100-150mg/week or even just bumping up your TRT to 200mg/week.
That's right 100-150mg/week of tren ace/week. Tren can do fantastic things at low doses. Give it a try, defo no need for 800mg of tren ace/week.
Good to see another 50+ year old still kicking and great to see an old member drop back in.

Definitly do not need 800 mgs of Tren A. Very few recreational BB'ers will ever need that much. Not even half that if it's been 10 years. Listen to AG and GH above please. I hate to keep saying this in threads but guys need to be aware, if you have cholesterol issues then Tren will make them far worse. Keep that in mind and take what precautions necessary. Blood work!

Regardless of what you do, tren a needs to be eod, or at least 3 times a week

Yeah, that's not going to happen here when you actually post said cycle. I have more questions than answers.
Why wouldn't someone want ALL the help they could get? There's some great advice in this thread. For example:

Why is the Tren A dosage greater than Test, why as a short ester is it run so infrequently?
Why two Serms in PCT?
What's your HCG for?
