Oral Steroid and Supplement timing

Whats everything think to Dylan Gemeli's opinion that taking Orals with daily supplements diminishes the affect of the steroid.....

Quite an interesting topic....

I know DG has a tainted rep on here, but I would like to hear some unbiased opinions on this subject....

I think he's full of shit, but I certainly don't know for sure.

Its tough to know because from a research standpoint I have read that oral timing altogether is a 1) very important or 2) a waste of time....

All depends on the person. I just say take them every day at the same time to make it consistent. Studies have shown the less often you have to take a medication of any type the more compliant they are. It is all about routine.

Don't take his advice on anything especially pct, hcg, sarms, or serms.

I have been training one year and could fit that skinny retard in between my ass cheeks and smother him.

Another broad statement made by gimelli without concern or reprocussions. I notice its always the 180lb and under guy telling all the bigger guys they are doing it wrong.

Actually girl just got home and told me she is seven...

I take half my dose in the morning with food and the other half in the afternoon pre-workout with food. if food is not going to disrupt the absorption of the AAS then neither would any supplements you take.

these things are alkalated and designed to make it through digestion and the first pass of the liver. no supplements are going to effect the absorption
