Looks like you need to donate some blood. Getting pretty thick.

Your E2 is above range, risk for prostate cancer, cardiovascular risks etc. plenty of studies on that. Also it works against your free test... Read this thread:

    https://forums.steroid.com/before-yo...ould-know.html

This is normal for your test dose, normal TRT is in the ~100mg per week range. IMO cut down the cruise dose it won't help any more having it that high... TRT supervised by a doctor would be optimal...

    Edit: I assume that's in pg/ml not nmol/L

Yes e2 is in PG/ml I am going to pick up my AI again and get it down. I had to go through my doctor for the blood work in my state so I was open to him about what I am doing and told him I just wanted to get blood work to make sure everything was safe he ended up lectureing me on how I was going to get cancer but keep it of my record.

He was very kind to to do so.

Any plans to raise HDL and improve the other lipids too? CV risk factor there too... Diet and supps will help.

I've read about fish oil being potential cancer risk. My doc told me not to take a lot of fish oil to control cholesterol.

There are many more dietary changes for improving lipids... High fiber, no sugar, mono- and polyunsaturated fats (nuts, seeds, oils), legumes, low saturated fats... most bang for your buck IMO is peanut butter, ground flaxseeds, flaxseed oil, legumes, veggies of all colours, fatty fish, cardio.

Got blood work again last week and my ast is now 68, and alt is 67. For both test I was sick with the flu and diahrea and NyQuil 3-4 nights the week of the last test. Any chance of this being from the gear or just from being sick and the NyQuil?
