How can I do a poll and set it up?

I see the option down at the bottom of a posted thread to check a box that says yes! post a poll. But when i do this nothing happens, how can i get this to work thanks.

When you click Submit New Thread it should take you to another page where you can input your poll question, the choices, and a few other things.

(You have to actually hit Submit New Thread after you check the box)
