I've used T3 personally many times for cutting etc. It's a great compound and I have quite a bit of experience with it. Anyways, my g/f and I are going on a cruise and she wants a little "help". I mentioned taking T3 as she doesn't do well with stimulants so Clen is out of the question. She works out approx 4 days per week and is fit. She's never done any cycles or anything like that and isn't concerned with losing muscle mass. We were planning on running T3 for the next 8 weeks as we get ready for our upcoming cruise.
Will she be fine without adding any Test to her T3 cycle? She is going to be running 50mcg per day for the entire duration. I have Anavar I could give her at a low dosage of 10mg/day if needed but we don't want it to mess up her menstrual cycle etc. She is currently 5'7" and 135lbs and quite lean. She's looking to drop about 5 - 7 pounds of fat in the next 8 weeks which isn't much obviously. Her diet is in check and she's an avid meal prep person but she wants to utilize everything she can esp.
Clearly, I know a fair amount about gear/supplement usage for men but want to make sure she does everything correct as I'm a rookie when it comes to female cycling etc.
