nolvadex for bloat?

is it true or a myth?

iv seen forums from 2001-2008 and they all preached nolvadex for bloat from test..

some people at my gym run nolvadex through their entire cycle lol

and yeah there is more advance stuff now but it must have worked back then so its the same now




i was thinking taking nolvadex just like a week or 10 days at 20 mg to see as an experiment if the bloats get better or will this cause damage?

anyone know?

your better off just running an AI rather then a SERM like nolva . Nolva down regulates IGF production, you should really only run it on cycle if your gyno prone. AI for estrogen related bloat is going to work better Imo

Personally I thing AI's help more with bloat than SERMS will.

Shit like this is exactly why you have to double check then re double check where you get your info from. The first couple of places i looked for info on my first cycle both had nolvadex the entire cycle.
