Here's what I think. You had a recent injury, so I wouldn't heavy up on anything that would give you more strength than your body can actually handle. I would start slow, as slow as a high TRT dose. 250mg of Test weekly. Certainly max at 350mg weekly. Stick to test e, twice weekly at 125 to 175mg.
This would ease you back into the game. Help recovery at a reasonable pace. And not overwork your body. It's very easy to load up on juice and increase strength, but the strength isn't always a good thing with body parts still in recovery. So please don't underestimate the mind-tricks the added strength can play as to avoid further injury. Best of luck to you.
