EXTREME chest pain, high no, dizziness on cyp/adex

First post here guys and I'm just now finally able to post. I'm gonna hear lots of "go to the doctor" replies and I already know that.

Me: 190 lbs
5' 11"
34 years old

First off, first cycle, on 400mg /test cyp/week and. 25mg American Pharmacy procured Arimidex eod (I think I accidentally took a dose the day after a dose once... ) and I am the day before my 4th pin. That's all said I was at work, feeling amazing g as usual then started feeling a bit of elevated no and heart rate... Well, after a few minutes it was baaaaad.... Bad enough that I just told my boss "I gotta go NOW" and she took one look and said "go". Now, I also was feeling VERY light headed and dizzy, my arms felt like they were "flushing" or having a cooling sensation down where the major arteries are, and I felt like I wasn't able to control my bladder or bowels (I did)... I finally got to my truck and just sat... Took a 1mg Xanax.... Made the very pperislous drive home, took another my of 1 mg xanax (45 min after 1st mg) at home, still in very much pain and all same symptoms... Was getting ready to go to hospital when I xanax started to help A LITTLE (usually 1mg of xanax will relax me like a ragdoll) bit STILL very dizzy and now it almost felt as if my no was "pulsating"... Minutes of not too bad, minutes of making divine promises not humanly possible....
Now, I'm posting this only 4 hours AFTER the xanax allowed me to "sleep" (bc I took a lot more than usual) bc I am awake and STILL feeling discomfort in my chest...
Guys, this is not just "anxiety" bc I was prescribed meds for severe anxiety for many years a long time ago and I have had many anxiety attacks... I'm also not thinking its my gear bc this one day before my 4th pin so that will be 14 days on...
Help me out guys... It's 4 am and I'm still in discomfort but I wasnt able to even attempt to type this in my earlier pain.... Guys, I am so close to stopping my cycle.
Oh and also, I've been drinking tons of water last two days and was hungry by lunch time at work and ate my chicken breasts, a yogurt and there was a pizza there and I had a few bites of a slice and my chest issues happened not 30 min after lunch.... Could it be the this? The water (I'm not overdoing it, just drinking a lot)? The Adex? The gear?

Guys any help or similar experiences would be amazing.... If I can't get the pain under control I'm off to the emergency room and I'll be screwed for a long time if I tell them about the gear... But I don't wanna die.

Is I also lifted yesterday morning and have felt awesome and virile all day until the incident.

Possible heart attack?

You can always go to the hospital and not mention the gear. Until you feel you have to.

Go to the Hospital. Do not self-medicate! 1 mg of Xanax is a HUGE amount. Could be a number of things from an HA to a PE. Please go to the Hospital and get a checkout. What you are describing sounds very serious and not gear related. I would not mention the any AAS or taking more Xanax than you have been prescribed., I hope you do have an RX for them, still that amouth is a very large dose and Xanax is not a good drug for long term control of anxiety.

Sounds like heartburn in the setting of a panic attack.

I went to er couple years, thought I was having a heart attack. They put me on a ekg and I was fine, turns out it was sever reflux. It's much better to go and not need too, than the other scenario. Not to mention the stress it'll take off you knowing your hearts fine.

Man. Go to the hospital.

OK guys it almost 11am now... Obviously the xanax helped just put me out but when I checked my bp last night it was 173/99... And no it wasn't a panic attack, I used to be rx'd xanax for that a little over a year ago and I haven't had that issue for a long time. There was real pain, not heart burn either. Also felt a "coolness" in my arms along the large arterial part of my arms (along the inner part between my biceps/triceps as continuing into my forearms), not pain just a cool, flushing, lightness feeling.
Now since I've been up since 1030 am I feel funny, kinda blasted from the xanax BUT I am definitely NOT feeling right... My bp is now 122/65 but I still feel a funny high bp unpleasantness. Weird ringing in my ears too.... Im obviously worried and think I should put my next pin of cyp off until tomorrow as well as the Alex for a few days as well as go to a doc to have my heart checked for damage... I really hope it's not cardiac related but I know what panic and heartburn feel like and it was not that. Like I said above im supposed to be on my 4th pin today and it's also my second cycle ever (first being when I was 23 and it didn't have Test involved) so obviously that's why I'm worried about the cyp or most likely I've either had a reaction to too much Adex? I know that adex takes 7 to 9 days or so to reach full blood plasma levels and I'm just past that so could that be an issue?
Also guys I'm sorry about my first post as it was difficult to type and look at the screen and the title was supposed to say "extreme chest pain, high BP...." damn auto-correct put no in place of bp.

14 days in is about when first shots are totally cleaved of esters and everything is kicking in. You at this point are saturated be with test and have a good background amount keeping your levels steady.

Did you run pre-cycle bloods to make sure cholesterol wise and HCT/RBC wise your were internally healthy enough and ready for a blast?

Since the me clinic I go to tests for all negatives, yes and there was zero negative issues or problems that would warrant worry. While I don't have a copy of the blood tests I've taken over the years the last one was 3 or so months ago and the doc said "everything looks good, healthy heart, lungs, good bp" etc... But I am worried about a possible mild cardiac event... If it was gear related wouldn't I still be in a serious situation since my test levels are high as well as the ai? I had to leave work last night and it was a perilous drive home to say the least...
Again, I still feel "hollow, echoey and tight" in chest right now... But no more pain... Some Benzo hangover sure but again were it panic related I wouldn't feel anything but the Benzo post high

highly highly unlikely you had any "gear related" cardiac event off of 400mg of test .

but test, and other AAS , as well as elevated estrogen can stimulate your CNS and cause anxiety.

OK so there is another possibility: extremely low sodium levels. I have been drinking massive quantities if water and while that is in itself not an issue, I have been slowing down on coffee and I did hit the gym yesterday but I have been slowing down on cardio. From what I've been reading about and learning having etely clear urine and having to go 5 times an hour means I was over hydrating mixed with not enough diuretic type compounds leading to extreme sodium loss... Does this sound possible? I started drinking just a tad bit of a cola and haven't eaten much either...

low sodium and low potassium (ie., low electrolytes) can lead to elevated heart rate and heart arrhythmia . not comfortable

Highly doubtful it's E2 related.

Also, I've had some constant need to go to the bathroom for number two.. About every 3 hours and also when I feel the need to go I'm already at the "OMG I need an f'ing bathroom" orator dog sensation going on. I did the worst thing ever and looked in the fridge and found a regular coca cola from forever ago and am dipping on that... The only thing I find difficult to believe about the low potassium is I always take extra potassium and magnesium by themselves but the hyponatremia or "water toxicity" makes the most sense. As I was getting ready to go to work today my bp went back up as well as my heart rate so I called in... Guess I'll go ahead and go to the Dr today...
In your collective opinions what would you guys say to the Dr? It's gonna have to be either a walk in clinic or e.r. at this point in the day... Gotta go to the bathroom again dammit.

Had something like this happen before gear, completely sober. Turns out i was having a Severe panic attack. Went to hospital for that though, expensive lesson.

Gear gives us some kind of anxiety but it can be maintained. Do some reading on relaxing when a anxiety attack happens and what to do and a preventive maintenance dose of a Xanax or Klonopin will help . I developed anxiety due to gear and for a year I thought I was having a heart attack but just anxiety. Eq,Tren are the ones Imo that are harsh on anxiety but get checked and good luck

Guys... It's not anything close to panic disorder or heartburm... Im so frustrated that Im thinking of just stopping my cycle altogether. I ddidnt even get my AI and PCT in the mail on time and I'm just so frustrated at this point.... If east some gains but without my AI and PCT in hand I shouldn't have started at all... I'm so down in the dumps right now that I just can't even think of continuing. I've gotten some Alex from my brother who is rx from a try clinic but... Guys I don't think I can he any lower than I am right now.. Everything was great and feeling amazing, gains at the gym, increased energy. Intensity and libido but I'm so discouraged now especially after the cardiac event that I thinknits best to just fuckin stop.. What a waste of goddamned money... What the fuck should I do guys? Getting all the benefits bit while STILL waiting for my order I'm supposed t OK babe taken my 4th pin Monday bit I didn't. I'm so disgusted with myself now... Stop the self pity and figure your stuff (not my preferred word) out, no one says a cycle is a guarantee of all sunshine and rainbows. You need to accept that this exact scenario can and could happen and go to the hospital!!!

If this is how you're going to behave during adversity I don't think you were mature enough for a cycle in the first place. You're scared and panicking, but that's okay, a lot of guys would be too, though they won't all admit it. You need to man up and mature, children give up when they are scared. Men figure it out and make the responsible choice, in your case it's going to the hospital. Your health and safety come first. What else you might be scared about takes a back seat, get to the hospital and decide to move forward from there once you determine what's going on right now.

Could be water, you drinking like a gallon in an hour?

I used to do this for piss tests, and when you get enough in you to pass the test (about 1.5 gallons in an hour) it gets very uncomfortable, and real "heart attack" feeling.

That much water definite waters you down and throws off electrolytes as GH said

Yes, you will because it is the right thing to do. If you are this afraid of going to the hospital cycling is probably not for you as something else could occur.

Thinking of stopping the cycle? You mean you are stopping and going to the hospital right? Stop acting completely ignorant and get to the damn hospital!

Could be high blood pressure causing dizziness, the pain could be anything though, if you're on gear you should be monitoring your bp, agreed with above though there should be no doubt about stopping your cyce and getting checked out.

Also about that last post, thats some dark depressive shit, i hope your pct is on point cause the side effects of coming off gear Can leave you feeling depressed as fuck, personally i dont think you should be doing steroids.

OK guys... I'm FINALLY back from the hospital... My labs all came back great, so they kept doing different ones, now they know I'm on gear even though it wasn't specifically spoken about... No biggie i guess... So at the end of the day and everything I may be having something referred to as a vasovagal response, even though it didn't happen whilst at the hospital. The response is due to IBS.... I know, weird, huh? Also, my blood sugar was peaking around 137 with zero food for 24 hours..... But apparently didnt warrant any more investigation from the doc... I'm seeing my reg doc soon to get a referral to a cardiologist and get a decent workup.
Regarding my depressive post, i'm sorry about that guys, i'm not usually like that ever but sometimes you just feel like throwing your hands in the air and saying "Fuck it" and the internet allows the anonymity to act like a child when the need arises. Please don't take offense and don't read too much into my childish bitching because I was being just that, a bitch.
