Hey guys,
I posted a few weeks back my BW post PCT (4 weeks) and although it was too early, it showed some sky-high E2 levels, which was disregarded as likely a misreading due to not being the sensitive E2 test being conducted.
However, in the last few weeks I've noticed my nipples, particularly my left is puffy, and sometimes is sensitive. I can feel a small lump, but it's mild. The puffiness is whats bothering me because you can see it through tighter fit t-shirts. When my nipples are a little hard, the puffiness and slight sag goes away and they look pretty normal, but I've been wearing compression shirts pretty much every where I go unless I have a sweatshirt on just to hide it. It's pretty embarrassing....but I digress.
I've started 40mg Nolva + 0.5mg adex ED to try and knock this out, but I have no idea if it's reversible or not. It's been noticeable for the last 6 weeks roughly, very slightly in the beginning but more obvious the last couple weeks. Again, it doesn't appear to be full on gyno, but my nipples definitely have some puffiness to them and point out a little more.
Am I approaching this right with 40mg Nolva + 0.5mg adex per day? Did I wait too long to address this, or do you think I'll be fine if I just be patient?
