150g of protein + 300g of carbs only = 1800 calories . you'd have to have an additional 1200 calories in fat to get to the 3000 cal goal. if your not bulking and your on cycle, then fat does not need to be that high. if you were dirty bulking and trying to get in as many calories as you could, then high fat is fine.
whats your goal for this cycle ? your TDEE is going to be a bit higher while running gear, so probably around 3300 . if your shooting for 3k calories , which is below your listed TDEE, then I'm assuming your wanting to cut (which at only 150 pounds body weight does not sound like a good idea)

Honestly, your own Test levels are great, and I wouldn't take the chance to harm term, especially with those stats you have, but it's my personal take on the matter.
I believe you can achieve a decent increase in mass with diet and training alone, by making good use of the (already good) levels you have.

Gearhead that's a horrible typo haha. I'm definitely not cutting. Daily meal prep at 4 meals only is Carbs 520 and Protein 224. That's not including 3 shakes a day (morning, mid afternoon, and post workout). I'm shooting for more than 4 meals but it's a base. Wondering what my appetite is going to be like on cycle. Enlighten me!

If you are not used to drinking that much water then make sure you have a source for your electrolytes. Get a protein powder that has BCAA in it already and save some money.
What is your goal for the cycle?

Size and strength are my goals. I'd like to put on about 20 lbs. Honestly from what I understand, it seems like most of the things I have heard advise to have realistic expectations. I'm not really sure what that means. I've been training hard and eating like a pig on and off for years and I feel great but I just feel like I'm stuck where I'm at. btw this is my first cycle. I've been kicked back educating for about a year now and will take any advice humbly.

Agree with bizzarro here very good test levels. You can reach your goal of 170 (20lbs on top of what you have, going from your pic) in less than 2 years easily if you train HARD and eat properly, so for that goal I would personally not mess with that highly functioning test production. Hell I did it with prehypogonadal test levels...
How old are you?

Honestly I'd like to be where most people are at after about 5 years of cycling. I think my goals will just continue to increase and I will never really be satisfied. You don't think my natural T will bounce back after pct?

I had 375 pre first cycle. Got very good gains... very good. Then come PCT they all melted away and MORE. Did a long PCT too and many months after PCT checked my test levels, 375 again, but I had to train hard to work my way back up to the strength levels I had PRE CYCLE, never mind the gains of the cycle itself. You may have a stronger HPTA which can recover better but this will most likely take you one step closer to needing TRT.
If I were you I would troubleshoot the diet and training if your goals are just 170 at 5'9". Have you tried different training programs? Adjusting weekly frequency (or down to 6 day or up to 8-9 day?), volume, rep range, positive failure, forced reps, rest pause, negatives et.c... mesocycles with different blocks like hypertrophy a couple of weeks, strength a couple, or conjugated with both within the same week in different days, do you even keep a log book so you can document what you do, and measure the results of all these aspects?

20 lbs on a first cycle would make me happy. That's my goal for (now). I've weighed 150 for the last 11 years. I've tried low resistance high reps. High resistance low reps. I've tried training 7 days a week instead of 5. I try to make my body guessing with different training techniques and switching it up with different exercises. I typically target and isolate 1 muscle group per day, max 2. I've tried what seems like every product on the market. Training isn't an issue. If anything it's my diet. I'm allergic to Dairy and seafood. I can't have any whatsoever. Milk, cheese, butter, whey protein, casein...all that stuff would send me to the hospital. I eat a lot of Rice, Chicken, Red Meat, Eggs, Oats, Kidney Beans, Sweet Potatoes, and Peanut butter, but aside from that I can pretty much eat anything else I want anytime I want and my weight won't budge. My shakes are an organic soybean protein and I add oats, peanut butter, and creatine. Maybe high test isn't the answer I dunno. I think my metabolism is through the roof. I'm hyperactive as well. I've probably sat down for an hour the entire weekend lol. Us skinny dudes run in the family.

Your natural T will never recover to 964 after you cycle. Those are really good numbers. I bet you get girls pregnant just by looking at them.
I’m not the guy to try to talk you out of doing your first cycle. But go in with your eyes open. Your levels won’t recover to the upper 900s naturally.
