I just wanted to ask the experts what they take for supplements on cycle. And also, is what I’m taking too much?
NAC 600mg ED
Coq10 100mg ED
Multi vitamin
Creatine 5g
Vitamin C 1000MG ED
Liver support 1xED
I feel like this is a little out of hand. Lots of pills to swallow, not that i mind. Is everything necessary? Obviously i could take or leave the creatine. I supplement vitamin c during the cold season every year, also to help lower cortisol levels. Any other insight?
