Which AI and dosage protocol?

Hi guys

I'm 35 years old and have been training for 10 years.
5/12 height at 86kg

I've been cycling on and off since 2012.

I've usually done 500mg test and 400mg deca for 12 weeks with my cycles.

This cycle I'm bumping it up to a higher dosage and would like to know which AI I should use, at what dosage and when it should be used. example, every day, EOD or every 3 days.

I have Test 400 two bottles and deca 300 2 bottles.

To make my cycle last 12 weeks, the first 4 weeks while using Dbol I'll be using lower dose of test and deca then bumping it up after. Doing this because it takes time for the deca to kick in, rather than just do 10 weeks at 800mg and 600mg of both steriods.

weeks 1 to 4
400 test
300 deca
30mg of Dbol every day

weeks 5 to 12
800 test
600 deca

I'll be using .025 caber twice a week during this cycle.

Honestly, the only way you will know how much a.i. you'll need is by pulling a sensitive E2 panel. Also, it would be helpful to pull PRL as well.
Personally, I would ditch the d'bol and run my test the same dosage all of the way through and I wouldn't bump the Deca up in the second half. If anything I would run the Deca higher at the beginning as a frontload but that's just me.

Exemestane - 12.5 to 25 mg daily depending on your bloodwork.
Anastrozole - 0.25mg EOD or Ever 3 days.

What are your goals for the cycle? This will help determine what gear you should be using along with your bloodwork.

My goals is to put on some more size, try and get to around 90kg and increase my strength.

But I don’t want to look all bloated etc

It’s a bulk cycle
