    First Cycle for pro football player.. Expectations and Advice

    Greetings everybody,

    My name is Reese and I'm a former D1 ball player and am currently prepping to take my second crack at the pros. Last year I graduated and made it into a rookie camp (for the sake of confidentiality i won't post any details) and was one of the last linebackers to get cut before the preseason OTA's. I stayed close to the game and worked as a high school coach and trainer this past year, but am now being offered a chance to try out as a D-lineman in Canada. I'm a solid guy, always have been, and have never done or even had the money to try a cycle lol but after stacking up some bread I'm going to try test. I've only been consulted by the local gym test dealer and he gave me a sample cycle.

    600mg of sustanon (300) Wk. 1-14
    60mg of Anavar Wk. 6-14
    12.5mg of Aromasin Wk. 3-14 ED


    PCT Weeks 15-18

    Clomid (50/50/25/25)
    Nolva (40/40/20/20)

    Please comment and lend me your thoughts about this template as a beginner cycle. Right now drug testing is not an issue and I just really want to know if anyone has done a similar cycle and if so what should i expect weight/strength-gain wise? I really don't want to to weigh over 260lbs for speed testing reasons however i'll take all the damn strength gains I can get! The trenches are a war-zone.

    I'm turning 25 next month. Here are my current stats:

    6'3
    230lbs
    Bench: 425lbs
    Squat: 550lbs
    Dead: 650lbs
    Hang Clean: 365lbs

    First cycle ?

    You will get a better response if you read some stickies and stick to the beginner cycle in there.. If you get impatient like me you could add a simple oral like, but everyone will recommend Test only to see how you react, and that is smarter.

    I waited 4 weeks to see how test effected me before adding Tbol. Stupid as the Test s about to kick in in (should have) at week 4 / 6, but I didn't feel shit and got inpatient. Lesson learnt. Ironically I got under dosed Test so my impatience paid of in the end, but its not the point.

    Anavar is a good first oral compound as its fairly weak compared to most compounds, but if you're looking for size and strength you may want to consider Tbol.

    Things you forgot IF you do the the Oral (this is my protocol)

    NAC Liver Support
    MSN
    Hawthorne Berry
    Essential Cycle
    Saw Plamento
    Fish Oil
    Vit C
    Multi Vit
    Magnesium
    Glutamine

    That entire supplement list costs less than these Cycle Supports you see out there and is most likely just as good if not better.




    You need hCG too. 250iu twice a week too btw.

    Well solid is the right word for you lol
    I’m not gonna try and talk you out of taking aas but I’d go with a single ester of test for your first time like test e.
    What are your goals?

    Thanks man, I was really counting on the Var to increase or help me keep my endurance the same while, hopefully, 20lbs heavier! Good info though, will do ✊��

    My plug recommended the Sus so I could have results quicker.. I originally was gonna go with test E too. My goals are to put on 20-25lbs, get stronger and still be mobile and quick! He also recommended EQ but I just felt like that was over doing it lol

    I notice that most guys are pretty light in the ass their first cycle. The guy I'm grabbing everything from suggested the compounds/amounts because of my starting size.

    I'd stay clear of Anavar for explosive moves and endurance. It has a tendency to swell a muscle up off of one set and has a high chance of causing cramps. Imagine a calf cramp from sprinting. T-bol with Test is probably a better bet for an oral, it will definitely increase your endurance.

    Are you concerned about any testing that might come up? I know many athletes will use Test-Prop for the short detection times. What ever you do you need to consider the detection times. Test-E and Cyp are detectable up to 3 months. Test Prop up to 3 weeks, Tbol 6 weeks maybe more, Anavar 5 weeks maybe more.

    your cycle isn't bad, I'd modify it
    500mg test E weeks 1-12
    50-70mg T-bol weeks 1-10

    you could just do the test only.. but T-bol is so side effect free and does not aromatize that its fine to help get the cycle going.
    also swapped T-bol in place of the VAR because you'll get less muscle cramps with T-bol
