    Pinning and blood work timeframe

I pinned last Friday 1/5 of test cyp 250mg, tren E 200mg, and EQ 200mg. I’ve been on the keto diet for 11 days now and haven’t lost a single pound so I would like to get blood work done to make sure everything is ok under the hood. There has been times before too where I have dieted hard for a month and saw no weight fluctuation. My workouts are on point and my macros are all calculated and everything so that shouldn’t be the problem (I’ve consulted with a dietitian)

How long should I wait to do the blood work so the pin last week won’t affect the numbers? I have also been taking arimidex throughout the last week because of nipple pains, should I stop taking that until the blood work?

Mainly testosterone and estrogen or any blood work numbers, but I was planning on getting the following tests done: Full lipid panel, test/free test, estradiol, T3, TSH, LH, FSH

Is this through a doctor or a private lab?

I don’t understand your approach, maybe you can clear it up or maybe I’m just tired. But are you stopping everything x 1 wk to get labs? And you are getting labs because you haven’t lost any weight on keto yet? Is this a cycle and where are you in the cycle? Age?

Im stopping because I’ve been on keto for almost 2 weeks now and haven’t lost a single pound, along with me trying to cut previously over about 1.5month span working with a dietitian and wasn’t able to cut weight then either. I was planning on doing a 10 week cycle but I don’t want to waste my time and gear if something is wrong with my thyroid or anything else that can cause the lack of weight loss. I’m 22 years old, this will be my 3rd cycle over the span of 2 years, last cycle was 1 year ago

Well your testosterone numbers are going to be messed up for a couple of months IMO.
You'll be shut down for a couple of weeks at least and then it will take your body time to get back up to speed.

I imagine you could get your thyroid tested before then.

if you really want to cut weight using test and tren on a keto diet, then you really need to keep your protein low. my guess is that you've not lost any weight yet cause your protein is too high . you say your macros are all calculated, so what are your grams of protein and fat on this keto diet currently ?

on a side note,, getting off the gear completely and getting everything checked out and learning how to diet and lose weight for a couple years natural is a wise choice.

2600 calories at 202g fat, 175g protein (1g/lb of lean body mass) and 20g carb. This is a 20% calorie deficit

about 70% fat, 25% protein .. thats actually about spot on for Keto. did you check blood levels with a keto meter to see if you ever got deep into ketosis?

I haven’t, I’ve just checked with ketostix and I was at 80mg/dL which was the higher end. But i know those may not be accurate, I’ll look in to getting the blood one

Would being on gear affect blood work done on your thyroid?

depends on the compound and dosage, but yeah things like Tren can possibly suppress thyroid
