Pushing back a cycle suck........

I wound up getting a sinus infection about 2 weeks ago and I let it linger too long. Finishing up the antibiotics and now its leading into a week long vacation where im going to not start the cycle either.

Kind of sucks to have everything lined up in house and ready to go and you can't do anything lol.....


What I did do is pushed through the sinus infection and started training in a fasted stated to lean out a little more pre cycle. First time I have tried fasted training and its an amazing tool I will use moving forward when cutting.......

I hate having to push back. I was ready to blast in December but ended up having to push back to early Jan because of a physical I had to get for work

Waited three weeks to start mine, had to wait to get blood work done. Rushed home and pinned right away.
