Stopper Coming apart

I just discovered that my stopper on my 100ml bottle of fina is coming apart? Has any one else had this problem. I use 18g to draw and I think that it is ripping it apart, it looks like it is settling at the bottom, but what to do?? and what happens if I inject some of it?

I'd get a new sterile vial, syringe filters, 30ml syringe and refilter into new vial.

Yes I have had this problem. I've Gone to a 20 gauge to draw and I usually don't have a problem.

I had that problem too with an 18 gauge needle. Wasn't too impressed. I know only use a 23 gauge needle and I find that it takes a little more patients to draw out the oil but the stopper lasts for the whole cycle.
