My cycle ended and i need help !!!

I ran 12 weeks
6 week of test - at 500iu every week
7-12 week of test cy,500iu /deca, 250iu every week
my on my 2 week off my last injection of either compound.

side effects i notice lil growth on chest hair very little & acne very little.

i get annoyed by small things mod swings... get mostly mad out of no where.
my D still gets up im actually having more sex now than before/ "sperm count " way more than before, if u know what i mean.

i lost some belly weight but muscle still there.. i guess it was water retention.

what can i do to help with my mod swing! im crushing mentally bad. im always fighting with my wife!
for now thats all im seen i know its early still but i need help with my mod swing!!! or to make my pct better!

Terrible first cycle. You should have followed the advice you got in several of your previous threads and run test only with on cycle ancillaries.

Did you take an ai? HCG?

What is your PCT plan?

unfortunately i listen to my bro... everything will be fine and i regret it...

i dont have a plan for pct i mean i think my body its reacting very well its my mod swing are F$%## me up.

Hopefully you will listen to the advice here now.

Your mood swings are probably because of fluctuating hormone levels, they should stabilise soon.

Good advice above. The one thing i learned is don’t listen to anyone when they tell you what to do for a first cycle. Just stick with test. Sure you might know someone who was fine and didn’t have any issues but they aren’t you, their body is different. Need to add one compound at a time. And, at the very least know how your body will react to just test.

If you don't know that it's 500mgs not ius you really should stay away from steroids cause you're just gonna f*ck yourself up man. I mean, really? You think you were doing 500 ius of test a week!? That's a lot of test for a first cycle brotha lol!
