So then mqybe you guys can offer up some advice. I pretty much only pin glutes- yeah i know, gotta switch it up. I figured i would give a shot at pinnim with slin pin, know a few that do without issue. Hit 2cc per quad and let me tell you, i havent walked straight in 4 days. My guess is that i didnt hit enough muscle and ended up with most subq. I hit shoulders with slin without issue. As far as lats, how the hell do you manage to reach, and not have your hand jumpin around? Ill give anything a try once and hope for the best

learn to back load 1/2" slin pins. you'll be hitting chest, biceps, triceps, front delts, calves, etc. find plenty of places to put that gear. and when your injecting more then 1cc, simply throw a 25g x 5/8 on a 3cc syringe and hit all those same places. anything but glutes man, that shit gets old

Thats what i did, backload the slin pins. Im pretty sure there was operator error involved somewhere. All i know is thqt shot was like someone hit me in both quads with a sledge, for most of the week. Gotta work on my technique i think. Wife hits me in the glutes, never had much of a prob, little bit next day when i hit 150mg prop but nothin crazy.
Hit delt the other day with 1cc prop, no prob other than minor bit that i could tell i pinned. So not sure where i went wrong in the quad. I think i did t hit enoigh muscle and pinned too much together in virgin muscle

use virgin muscle to your advantage and take the positive route instead of the 'damn I'm sore this hurts route' .. what that means is if your lats are a lagging body part, and never been pinned with gear, then pin those fuckers on a Friday morning , then go train lats on a Saturday night when they are PIP as fuck. you'll get the best mind muscle connection with your lats you ever had and you'll learn to take pain to gain .. you'll learn what really activates your lats when you got that pip in the lats going on !!
damn, I'm giving you all some bodybuilder insider shit you see all the youtube videos about mind muscles connection, but little did you know we use AAS even for that shit (but don't show it on the tube)

Thats somethin i hadnt thought of. Ive been lookin at ways to get more activation in my chest- cant seem to get it right to feel it working. If i pin delts, even if i end up with some minor pip, that should help me find it and figure out what works and what im doing wrong. Enjoyin the convo as usual GH

Shot left delt, smooth as butter.
Started my HCG at 250iu, shot it subq, did burn for a few seconds after injecting. Will be shooting twice a week.

Started shooting the Test E with no Gso. Feels exactly the same, might be better with less oil being shot.
I added some T3 in for the last 4 weeks. Running at 50mcg a day
