Was just curious ... Is it a big deal if I draw and pin with the same needle???
I may have asked this before but it’s been a while since I posted anything !

It will be more painful when pinning because the needle will be duller.
Plus the whole process takes a lot less time if you draw with a larger gage (22-18) and pin with a smaller gage (25-26).
Personally I can't make sense of drawing and pinning with the same needle because a box of 100 brand name needles costs 6 or 7 dollars.
Only time I do this is with my hcg shots twice a week because I use insulin needles (29g 1/2"). When pinning my gear I use 23g 1" and ALWAYS draw with one syringe and then swap to a fresh needle. No need to be lazy here to avoid pip
I draw and inject with the same 23ga needle. I use to swap to a fresh needle, but it doesn't make that much difference to me
I use an 18g to draw and a 25g 1 inch for my quads. Definately switching 23g next go around
No problem using the same needle to draw/pin. I swap needles. It's just more comfortable for me.
Needles are cheap, Like SG said its more comfortable with a new one.
That's not being tough, I had to inject with 18ga before! Back years ago, before I was a internet shopper, I pretty much had only one place to get syringes from in my little shit town. One time they asked what I was doing with them and I said injecting grease into sealed bearings. He said I know what you trying to do, you need 18ga! So that's what I used for a little while, them fuckers hurt! Your skin would press in a couple inches before the needle would penetrate. You pretty much have to put a bandaid over the hole when done
I draw and pin with the same needle and havent had an issue. I suck it in with a 25x5/8 then jam it into my calf and its pretty smooth. Doesnt take that long either. I heat the oil up by running some hot water over the vial. Shit ive done it cold too, doesnt seem to matter. My insulin pins are 1 peice so the needle cant even be swapped when im shooting hcg.
Why be cheap for PENNIES and create more scar tissue which affects your BODY for life.......

And it's not about saving money, it's about convenience. After doing enough times, and not noticing any difference, it's just easier to use the same needle
I'm like a delicate flower and fragile that's why I use a new needle every time
