Gyno noticed At week 6.. treat now or wait till pct ?

Noticed lump under left nipple and they’ve both been mega sensitive, upped the aromasin .. so should i begin a tamox protocol now or wait till PCT?? Assuming now to avoid worsening gyno.. or should the upped Ai dose deal with that ??

Dont up the aromasin you will just crash your estrogen. I would personall run 20mg of nolva ed till the end of cycle and two weeks leading up to pct then proceed normal protocol.

How long are you cycling is probably the best question.

Treat it now. No point in letting it develop further and then have more to deal with.

If I was you, I would kill it right now. nothing else matters. from my experience, you must be patient with Nolva.

Reversing gyno is just hard and frustrating. so early bird kills the gyno

I’m just back to half a tab daily (12.5mg) i had Been at 6mg daily just cause that has “always been my working dose” guess not any more .. should get my blood results today

6mg daily is nothing. You should be at atleast 25mg daily split into 2 doses and taken with dietary fats. I take my aromasin with a scoop of peanutbutter and sometimes i even do 37.5mg daily because i get so god damn bloated. Its pretty hard to crush e2 with aromasin (for me personally atleast)

i would run low dose serm for a couple weeks till the upped AI dose takes better effect or till end of cycle to PCT

Guys tend to be overly concerned that it'll impact their IGF-1 levels blah blah. So what. A small dent in IGF-1 levels which you won't notice on cycle anyway or gyno. Easy choice.

10-20mg ed... I'm starting to notice some as well in my left nip so I will be implementing 10mg daily during cycle.

yeah 10mg of Nolva daily should do the trick. run it the duration of the cycle

it won't effect pct . I'm assuming your doing the standard Nolva and Clomid pct for 4 weeks
