    Low blood pressure

Just went to donate blood and my blood pressure was 111/69.

Weird for me because I have never been that low. My healthy blood pressure has always been 124/80 give or take. On cycle I’ve been up in the 130s even up to 149/90.

I’m off everything for a while and thought that was weird. Also, my cardio is absolutely horrible. It’s below average. I have friends who don’t workout and they can last a lot longer with cardio. I’m thinking this may be causing some issues I’m having.

That really is not low blood pressure. You are still really within normal limits. Just watch your orthostatic hypotension when you stand up or jump up to go pee.

I know it’s in range but it’s not my normal range. I’ve been having severe erectile dysfunction and reading around about low bp and ed, I’m seeing guys are having similar symptoms. For example, viagra not working well. Which is something I’m really feeling now. Is there a possibility that my body has gotten used to having much higher blood pressure through my long cycles that now it’s dropping lower that I’m off?

Idk it’s something that I’d like to experiment with. If you know any easy ways of raising blood pressure considerably, please share.

Also, I just remembered my last bloodwork interestingly enough came back with low platelet count. It was 131 range being 140-400.

What compounds are your running? Viagra can drop your BP. When was the last time you had your bloodwork done?

Bloodwork was a month ago. I’m no longer using viagra or cialis. Won’t be for a long time. I’m just connecting dots because my cardio is horrendous, like my buddies that are way more out of shape will play easily 20-30 minutes soccer and be fine meanwhile I go in for 5 mins and I need to sub out cause I start to get nauseous and can’t run anymore. Then I’m seeing low blood pressure and low platelet count, I’m starting to think something is not right cardiovascularly.

I have experienced orthostatic hypotension. It’s not chronic but from Time to time I definitely feel that dizziness from springing up. Happened to me just now actually

Mine runs 112/75 consistently, when not on gear. 8 years back I got into running and doing a lot of cardio, 2 hours a day, getting ready for my wedding. My bp was running around 98/65. Ask doctor, he said it's ok if I felt good, I felt awesome

Cialis works on a different mechanism than Viagra for ED. It's better, IMO, for ED. Also, taking 5mg/ed helps you to maintain a good pump and also helps with the ED. Your blood pressure isn't low. Below 90/60 is considered low blood pressure. I wouldn't worry too much about your blood pressure and work on increasing your cardio endurance. That could help blood circulation and ED.

98/65 thats crazy, your doc should of definately looked into this.
Just cause you feel good doesnt mean there isnt an under lying cause, low bp Can be as dangerous as high you are more likely to pass out and have vision issues with low bp, which is very dangerous if you drive a car or operate heavy machinery.
