This will be my first cycle after 10 years of training. I have acess to Dbol, Sus 250 and Winny depot. My Stats are 5'9, 155lbs, 8% bodyfat, 10 years natural training - heavy, compound movements. Need to put some mass and strength while keeping fat to minimum. Consume 2800-3000 clean caloires daily right now, will bump to 3200-3500 when cycle starts.
Here's what I'm thinking
Dbol - weeks 1-4 - 25 mg/day
Sus 250 - weeks 1-10 - 250mg/2xweek
Winny (depot) weeks 6-10 - inject 100mg/eod or 50mg orally with grapefruit juice everday
Clomid - Week 13, 300mg first day, 100mg days 2-7, 50mg days 7-14
Nolva - 20mg/day thoughout cycle? (I'm prone to gyno)
I can put my order in next week with my source and have seen many different thoughts as to cycles. Ideally, I'm aiming to keep 12-15 lbs of muscle.
