runur winny 5 -12 thatw ay ucan strt ur therapy right away and will helpin water ,harden things up a tad .therre realls no nned for hcg ur cycle is too short ,and not heavy ,but if u still insist ,runit 2 weeks 6 and 7 ,500 ed .
