3rd cycle recommendation

first cycle i ran test 250/week for 10 weeks - good results 10lbs

second cycle i ran 500/ week for 12 weeks - good results 10-12lbs


What's your recommendation for a 3rd cycle?

goals are just to put on some size. i have a very small frame.

5ft 125-130lb
12% bf

Why not run another Test cycle? 500mg/wk x 12 weeks should give you good results. You would normally add compounds to a Test cycle is if you're not making gains. Stick with Test only for as long as you can. Once you start mixing compounds you're not going back.

I agree stick with test again. Might want to add 5 mg of Cialis daily but at your age make sure you have a partner that can handle you on test and cialis.
